Toyota Tacoma 6' Bed (2016-2023) - PROTOTYPE Chubby

Alright, this is a big one. Our original Chubby Prototype, built for a Toyota Tacoma with a 6' bed (2016-2023) with Anodized aluminum skins. Our production Chubby adds 7” of width to give you a hair over 68” of East/West interior space, but this big boy is 74" wide. This does not use our custom extrusion we use to add the width to the production Chubbys, instead has a lower welded frame to extend it 6.5" on either side, for an added width of 13" compared to the standard width Tacoma campers. We had this camper on a truck for a couple weeks and it has been in storage since. I'll be honest with you, the reason our Chubby campers are narrower now is because this feels big Tacoma. I would highly recommend at least bed stiffeners, and maybe a rear sway bar/RAS kit to manage sway and body roll. But it is one of a kind and offers more interior space than anything we've ever made for a Tacoma. This camper has barn doors, front window, a flip-up hatch, and a flip-down hatch with folding counter
