“Oaked” is created from steel, paint and patina. Stencils, resists and paints are applied to a steel canvas and allowed to dry. Patinas are applied next and allowed to work their magic. These smaller pieces are mounted to a wood panel and waxed. Inspired from the rolling California hills dappled by Oak trees. 15" x 15" x 1/2"
