CONFETTI RADISH MICROGREENS is a blend of Daikon, Rambo Red and Purple Stem radishes. It's leaves and stems vary from bright green to deep plum-purple. It's absolutely beautiful and a favorite of our local chefs. This cruciferous plant is related to broccoli, kale and cabbage. Like Daikon, it also has a spicy kick to it, but can be mellowed if parred with other non-spicy microgreens such as the ones mentioned above. Not only does its flavor blend well with so many types of foods but its so pretty that it naturally beautifies any dish its added to, whether placed on top as a garnish or mixed into salad! It's considered a super-food because its nutrition is super concentrated at this baby-plant stage. Truly remarkable. Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, BUT most enjoyed as a garnish for cooked meat dishes, especially fish!
