MIZUNA MUSTARD MICROGREENS are pretty amazing! Our mizuna mix is a combination of Red Streaks Mizuna and Red Lace Mizuna. Both are peppery in taste and have beautiful, dark green and reddish frilly leaves that look "lacy". They are attractive as a garnish and light and fluffy, even at the microgreen stage when used in a salad. This is a special microgreen that is versatile, tasty and beautiful. We love them and so do many chefs! Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, as a garnish for cooked dishes such as fish and meat! Lead Time: 12 days We are custom growers so we will be planting this just for you. It will take approximately 12 days to plant, grow and harvest these delicious greens for you.
