PEA TENDRIL MICROGREENS are a favorite of our local Tucson chefs! They have extremely curly tendrils that are very decorative as garnish and the stems are fuller than snap peas with leaves and tendrils. Our pea tendril microgreens have an earthy flavor and taste like full-sized peas just like our snap peas do. Did you know that ONE single cup of pea microgreens can provide an adult half of their daily recommended dose of Vitamin C? And they are versatile. They can be added to almost anything or eaten plain. Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, as a garnish for cooked dishes such as fish and meat!
