TRITON RADISH MICROGREENS look and taste very similar to Daikon Radish but are spicier! Its leaves are bright green like Daikon but its stems vary from pale pink to light purple. This radish is a cruciferous plant and is related to broccoli, kale and cabbage. It's considered a super-food at this young stage because its nutrition is very concentrated. Remarkable microgreen! Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, BUT most enjoyed as a garnish for cooked meat dishes, especially fish! Lead Time: 10 days We are custom growers so we will be planting this just for you. It will take approximately 10 days to plant, grow and harvest these delicious greens for you. Then we deliver them to you on the next delivery day available. If you order a subscription, we will contact you to ask you if you prefer Tuesdays versus Fridays for your ongoing deliveries.
