Technivorm Moccamaster coffee makers are designed to maintain brew temperatures between 196-205 degrees for a full flavored, properly extracted pot of coffee, in just 4-6 minutes. They are approved to meet and exceed the Gold Cup Standards set by the European Coffee Brewing Centre and the Specialty Coffee Association. The CDT Grand features a 60 ounce brushed stainless thermal carafe with an optional travel lid to avoid spills if traveling with your coffee. The thermal carafe negates the need of a hot plate to maintain warm temperatures.
