These beef bones are sourced from the neck region and are loaded with meat. Usually, beef neck is recommended to be braised or stewed over low heat for a prolonged period, which can be made easier with the use of a slow-cooker. When cooked low and slow, the meat will become soft and tender with intense, bold flavor, making great comfort food. We have tried preparing our meat bones in various ways and have found they are excellent in stews, soups, braises, tacos and also a great substitute in recipes for oxtail, osso buco, shank, and even short ribs!
