New York

  The New York is our personal favorite steak at PRW. The marbling and rich buttery flavor of this cut is unlike any steak you've ever tasted. We recommend searing on a hot grill or busting out the Sous Vide, then searing on a hot cast iron. As with all wagyu cuts - be sure not to overcook! Wagyu is best served rare to get the full affect of the tender, juicy goodness. As with many of our cuts, we recommend thinly slicing crosswise to serve.
