FULTON WELD-ON TRAILER HINGE KIT FOR 3" x 4" TRAILER TONGUES - HDPW340300 For use with brake actuators or standard trailer couplers to create a fold-away tongue up to 48" long allowing your trailer to fit inside most standard garages.  This kit will require welding to complete installation.
