Half Beef - DEPOSIT
Each option yields approximately 40% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 35% roasts. This varies as you get to choose what cuts you want. For example, if you don’t eat many roasts, you can choose to have them ground into ground beef instead. That would up your proportion of ground beef and decrease the proportion of roasts you’d get. Our half-beef averages 225 pounds. This is enough beef to fill a smaller chest freezer or whole stand-up freezer. It’s perfect for moderately sized families. That’s approximately 90 pounds of ground beef, 79 pounds of roasts, and 56 pounds of steak. All our beef is: - Dry-aged - Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen for quality - Raised right here on the Padlock Ranch at in the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains.
