Whole Beef - DEPOSIT

Each option yields approximately 40% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 35% roasts. This varies as you get to choose what cuts you want. For example, if you don’t eat many roasts, you can choose to have them ground into ground beef instead. That would up your proportion of ground beef and decrease the proportion of roasts you’d get. Our whole beef averages 450 pounds and it is perfect for a big family or people who really, really like beef. That’s approximately 180 pounds of ground beef, 158 pounds of roasts, and 113 pounds of steak. All our beef is: -            Dry-aged -            Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen for quality -            Raised right here on the Padlock Ranch at in the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. Deposit – To claim your beef, place a 40% deposit at $8.50 per pound. This allows us to plan ahead and harvest the correct amount of beef. Cut Sheet – At harvest time we’ll email you a cut sheet. You’ll select which cuts you’d like and send it back to us and we will get th
