One Happy Dude! Our One Happy Dude Smiley Face Cake is so sunny and bright! Three layers of your favorite flavor cake between a lighter, airer filling (either chocolate mousse or vanilla mascarpone), finished with a vanilla Italian meringue buttercream, and decorated with smiley faces Please note, we add balloon toppers on cakes 6 inch, 8 inch , and 10 inch.   The balloons are not on the 4", as usually it’s used for a smash cake.  Serving Guidelines  4 inch Cake Serves 1-2 6 inch Cake Serves 8-10 8 inch Cake Serves 16-2010 inch Cake Serves 25-30 If you would like us to write any letters or numbers on the side of the cake add it to the notes at check out.
