Screw a cone onto the end of your labret shaft, use one of these spikes with a dermal anchor, attach one to each end of a straight barbell, or use these spike cone ends with any other 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry with a matching thread pattern. Each cone is made of implant-grade surgical stainless steel. The base of each spike measures 3mm across, and the total height of the cone from base to point is 6mm.
