Each Order comes with training videos HEAVY - Great for lower body work and pitching typically for ages 14u and up. Upper body suitable for very strong players typically closer to Collegiate Level. MEDIUM - Great for lower body work and pitching typically for 10u-12u players. Upper body suitable for intermediate level 12u and up. An older player should choose this level if they are just beginning arm care. LIGHT - Great for lower body work and pitching typically for beginning players. Upper body suitable for 8u-10u level. Most players will use a lighter band on their upper body and a heavier one on the lower body.
