At 17 he joined his first rock band, Oblivion, and spent the next 12 years playing drums and chasing the rock star dream. While involved with bands and the music scene, Brian wrote reviews, and music columns for several publications including Punk Planet. "Just Words" is his first book about his adventures in the music scene. Brian has spent the past 16 years working with exotic animals at accredited zoos and rescues.
