2024 'Wild Series' Chardonnay

Wild Series is our collection of minimal-intervention wines—fermented with native yeast, bottled unfined and unfiltered, and made with only minimal, effective sulfur. These wines offer a lighter, more aromatic expression of our estate fruit, with a focus on energy, texture, and freshness. The 2024 Wild Series Chardonnay is a vibrant, high-acid expression of our organically farmed estate vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. Grown on marine-influenced soils and cooled by Pacific breezes, this wine captures the natural tension and coastal character of the site. Harvested early for freshness, a portion of the fruit was fermented on skins to add texture and savory depth, while the remainder was whole-cluster pressed to preserve brightness and lift. Fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral French oak, the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with only a minimal addition of sulfur.
