Reiki Facial with Meredith Markworth-Pollack

The Reiki Facial with Reiki Master Meredith Markworth-Pollack was created as a reflection of how our inner wellbeing and somatic healing directly affects our skin health. It is an energetic release of the tension, stress and trauma we hold in our face, neck, head and scalp. Working with our 6th and 7th chakras (3rd Eye and Crown), the offering begins with an energetic reset from sound and grounding on the BioMat Amethyst Crystal bed. The treatment combines facial reiki with a rose quartz stone mask, gua-sha, dry brushing, stone combing, and scalp massage. The session ends with twenty minutes under the LightSim LED Elipsa accompanied by full body Reiki.
