The set also includes a pouch of detoxifying salts to take your bath to the next level.   The ritual: Add a generous heap of seaweed and salts to a very warm tub. Soak for 20 mins, keep the water hot by topping the bath with warm water as needed. You can follow the bath with a cold shower to close the ritual (and your pores).
