They can become damaged if packed. Travel with it in a hat case, shopping bag or on your head Refund and Exchange Policy: In case of an exchange the client must pay for shipping to return the product and shipping to receive the new product for the exchange of a hat size. Exchanges are only made for the same product collection in a different color. The hat must be packed in the same conditions that they received the product in a box no smaller than 35x35x15 cm. If we receive the hat damaged it will not be accepted for an exchange. RETURNS are not accepted. Sales are final.
