DIRECTIONS : With clean hands, Insert ONE capsule inside your yoni as far as you can go. It does not have to be taken out ,IT WILL DISSOLVE. Best used at night before bed (be sure to wear a pantyliner etc) It will get to work. If ph is off insert one Capsule for three nights. If needed you can insert one capsule for 7- 14days to combat yeast etc. If your yeast or bv is chronic please consult with  your OBGYN or Doctor for more intensive approach.
