Blue Dragons Midi Skirt

Please be aware the fabric for this skirt is different from all the other skirts, I decided to use a heavier rayon to avoid the skirt being see through.  I drew some adorable blue dragons so you can wear them on your body! For example the 3XL size stretches to 52 inches. 2XL-5XL skirts will be made with 4 panels instead of 2.
