This service covers the diagnosis and repair of flow meter–related issues in eligible bean-to-brew coffee machines. It is intended for machines experiencing inaccurate water dosing, interrupted brewing cycles, or error codes related to water flow measurement. All repairs are performed by trained technicians following manufacturer-recommended procedures. After service, the machine is tested to verify accurate water flow detection and proper operation.
