Marinated in cider vinegar, tamarind, sea salt, dark cocoa, pasilla, chipotle & ancho chiles, fresh garlic, sun-dried tomato powder and herbs & spices. That's it, Cashews w/ only FIVE ingredients plus spices & herbs!  Then Papa hand-smokes them over local apple wood in his custom smoker. The fruitiness of the pasilla chilis & tamarind, mixed with the deepness of dark cocoa along with roasted garlic, tomato, and Papa's mole spice mix give these cashews a rich and authentic flavor.
