Mediterranean Herb Smoked Almonds

Marinated in balsamic vinegar, unsulfured molasses, fresh garlic, sea salt, and Mediterranean herbs & spices. That's it, almonds w/ only FOUR ingredients and herbs & spices! Then Papa hand-smokes them over local apple wood in his custom smoker.  With a distinct balsamic tang, these garlicky, herbed almonds are perfect for a charcuterie or cheese board, with some red wine while watching the sunset with friends.
