This set includes one bottle each of: 2023 Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley 2019 “Hidden Track” Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2017 “Hidden Track” Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley 2022 Grenache, Russian River Valley 2018 “Hidden Track” Grenache, Russian River Valley 2017 “Hidden Track” Grenache, Russian River Valley 2023 Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley The 2023 Paper Planes Pinot Noir comes from our longest-tenured vineyard, the Windsor Oaks Property, nestled in the Chalk Hill region of the Russian River Valley. 2023 was a picture-perfect season for us. The wet spring and cool summer allowed our Pinot to hang out on the vine for a full additional month. After picking our Pinot on September 25th, we destemmed and hand sorted the majority of the fruit, leaving about 25% as whole clusters. The stems added a beautiful texture to this delicate and nuanced fruit.  After pressing, we allowed the pinot to complete ML, and aged the wine in neutral French Oak barrels for nine months, before bottlin
