Hidden - ~1947 Marine Green Sheaffer Triumph Valiant - fine point

Sheaffer made Triumph era pens (1941-1948) in two general sizes - large & slim. This is not accounting for the Tuckaway since that is simply a standard pen with a shorter length barrel and a funky "clip". The Valiant, Sentinel Deluxe, & Crest Deluxe are the large models. This pen is in marvelous condition. The celluloid is flawless. The end of the clip has a touch of plating wear. The ink view grip section has darkened so it is not as transparent as it once was. The filling system has been restored with modern materials that will last for years. And this nib is wet, smooth, and fabulous. What a wonderful pen.
