 Artesano Basque - Spring Tie Dye Boater Straw Hat  The Basque is a classic boater style hat with a 4 inch brim and hand dyed tie-dye bands. Tie dyed bands will vary in color and prints as they are hand dyed. •Handmade in Ecuador from 100% Toquilla straw •Cordovez wide Brim size: 4" •Size-adjustable inner band •Eligible for size exchange only    Large is the average hat size for women. • If in between sizes, we recommend going up in size as most of our hats have adjustable inner bands to tighten the inner crown. • The inner adjustable band is hidden within the band with our tag. Behind the strip you'll feel a velcro tab.
