Background Info * Direct Trade micro-lot Huai Mae Liam is a coffee producing village whose coffee has never been exported before this year. This village is just a short distance from Doi Pangkhon village where we have been purchasing from for many years. Growers from one village often live in one village but also have farms in the area around the other. This is a single farm lot from grower Asor Merlaeku, the second oldest of 5 brothers who operate the mill that produces our Doi Pangkhon coffees.
