Thumper is a compact Little gem lettuce with a good uniform head shape. The variety is very stable, strong against tip burn and very slow bolting. Thumper is an excellent choice for greenhouse crops. Bremia resistance 1-28 and Highly resistant to Nasanovia. Unlike field varieties that are widely sold for use in greenhouse, these varieties are smaller framed allowing for higher plant populations with exceptional rates of growth that reach maturity much more quickly.
