Baby powder Fragrance Oil This fragrance oil has a delicate, light, fresh air fragrance. Notes:  Clean Ozone, Mugget, Citrus.; Lilac, Classic Jasmine, and a delicate Rose. Gentle woody, violet and powder notes at the base. A thin and delicate fragrance with an incredible touch of baby powder. Common Uses - specifically formulated to be suitable for addition to candles, soaps, and both skin & hair care formulations, they also work great by themselves.
