Product Description The DMN6140L-7 is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) in a small outline transistor (SOT-23) package. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V and a maximum continuous drain current of 2.3A.
