Ingredients: 1 whole egg 1/4 c. flour 1/2 lb. kaseri cheesethe juice of one whole lemon Directions:Beat egg in a bowl. Place flour on a plate.Dip piece of cheese in the egg, then roll in flour.In a frying pan heat butter, frying the cheese until flour coating is golden.Squeeze the juice of a lemon on top of cheese before removing it from the pan.
