Provolone Cheese, Salamino LOG (Grande) - Approximate weight: 2 lbs. This table cheese is hand made and roped by the cheesemaker. It is then naturally smoked for just a hint of flavor from the burning embers of applewood from the nearby orchards. The cheese is hung and slowly cured until its special flavor characteristics have fully developed.
