The P2 is your answer. It's Particle's tiny Wi-Fi module that contains a 200 MHz Realtek MCU, Wi-Fi, and BLE support. The P2 comes pre-loaded with Particle firmware. The P2 has a built-in antenna and a uFL connector, so you don't have to stress over the optimization of RF designs. This module is FCC, IC, and CE-certified. The P2 is a SMD module that can only be used when soldered to a base board that contains a regulated 3.3V power supply, and typically buttons, status LED, and a USB connector. The base board is not included and is required for using the P2 module. For prototyping, the Photon 2 developer kit is recommended instead of the P2 module.
