Carmo de Minas and the broader Mantiqueira region have become practically synonymous with quality coffee with the success of farms like Fazenda Irmãs Pereira. This is a classic and comforting coffee with superb production standards. In the cup, we're finding rich notes of cocoa and creamy milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut and pecan, and baked apricot.
