Ethiopia - Gora Kone

Gora Kone returns to our menu for a sixth time with another delicious washed coffee. Located in West Arsi, Ethiopia, not far from the border with Sidama, their coffee is sweet and syrupy, suggesting plump, ripe fruit—perfect for late summer.  This coffee is excellent in both filter and espresso preparations. Find notes of jammy raspberry and blueberry, stone fruits like peach and plum, and candied citrus—think tangerine, lime, and orange.
