Mexico - Sierra Mágica

Sierra Mágica is our first ever single origin offering from the state of Puebla, Mexico. Several small-scale producers in the community of Zapotitlán de Méndez contributed to this lot, each cultivating high quality varieties under forest canopy.  Puebla is becoming an increasingly notable coffee growing region and this lot captures many of the qualities we’ve loved in coffees from the states of Chiapas and Oaxaca. A well-balanced crowd pleaser, we’re tasting hazelnut, cacao nibs, and baking spice with pleasant notes of cranberry, orange zest, and red apple. This coffee is going to be excellent in any brewing method, especially espresso.
