Lucía Muñoz tends a small farm in the Peruvian countryside not far from the city of Jaén. She is passionate about making good coffee, employing a thoughtful extended fermentation protocol to enhance her cup quality. Besides coffee, Lucía also grows fruits and vegetables which she sells at the greenmarket in Jaén.  In her coffee you'll find notes of milk chocolate, honey, and marzipan complemented by raspberry and brandied cherry - an excellent choice for filter coffee or an outstanding option for single origin espresso.
