This Tested Illuminated Window Switch came from one of the Late model E30's I've parted, or one of the four E28's I currently have for parting. One plastic tab can be removed and any switch will work on E28's and E24's. Please be certain this is the correct part for your needs. Fits 3, 5 and 6 series from the 1980's as exampled below.
