We DO NOT guarantee that your balloon will float. Most customers have success in getting their balloon to float but sometimes due to helium quality, the balloons will not float. We do not refund for balloons that do not float successfully. Floatation is dependent on helium quality and the size to which the balloon is inflated. We have no control over these variables. - This order includes one or two tassel colors (5 tassels in each color or 10 tassels if you choose one color).
