This little gem has quite the pedigree for a Red Blend under $30! Owned by the same family that owns Screaming Eagle and Jonata, The Paring is made with fruit from Napa Valley and Santa Ynez Valley that don't quite make the cut for the other two wineries. Full bodied but smooth, ripe but not jammy - a fantastic, universally appealing red blend 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20%, Merlot, 20%, Cabernet Franc & 10%, Petit Verdot. Aged in French oak, 55% new and 45% neutral, for 22 months.
