  This is a 10 lb or 15kg/33.07 lb bulk pack of our semi-sweet organic dark chocolate.  It is very mild tasting chocolate and goes well in all baking applications.  The mildness of this chocolate flavor allows it to blend well in any recipe that calls for chocolate chips. The chocolate is packed in a single food grade polyethylene bulk bag inside a corrugated carton box.  Both bag and box are recyclable.
