NEW Organic Vegan No Milk Baking Chips (7.1 oz)

VEGAN | ORGANIC | NON-GMO | DAIRY FREE |SOY FREE | GLUTEN FREE | NUT FREE This chocolate is our new rice milk chocolate.  It is made just like a tradtional milk chocolate but using rice milk instead of real milk.  Like all Pascha products this is completely dairy-free, nut-free, peanut-free and whaet/gluten-free.  It is also soy-free though there is some soy used in a different part of the facility where we make thses chips.  We have tested these chips for soy and it was not detected - with a test limit of 10 ppm. The chocolate itself is made with an organic Italian rice milk, which gives a wonderful creamy taste and texture.  The cocoa beans are from the Dominican Republic - organic and fair trade certified. These chips melt well and behave just like a milk chocolate chip.
