Overview Compared to the standard Mazzer Major V Electronic, the Major V Pro has a unique burr geometry and motor RPM that was specifically designed by the ZZ labs team. This unique pairing provides better flavor and clarity when using light roast or specialty coffee and is recommended over the standard Major V for specialty coffee shops.  ZZ Lab Burrs Compared to the standard Major V, the Major V Pro uses a custom burr geometry developed by the ZZ labs team. This burr geometry combined with a 30% lower RPM motor provides a more delicate grind with less heat that is specifically engineered to improve flavor and clarity when using light roast or specialty coffee.  Programable Dosing With three programable dose settings (up to 0.01 second accuracy) and a manual override option, the Mazzer Major V Pro is the perfect pairing for automatic and manual espresso machines alike. Cooling Fan The integrated cooling fan ensures the grind chamber never overheats and provides a consistent
