The Mazzer Omega is fully CNC'd from aluminum and features a magnetic carbon fiber grinding handle for a fit and finish that is a clear cut above its competitors.  Micro-click Adjustment or Quick Adjustment Available in 2 options, the Omega or Omega X. The Omega X features an 11 micron adjustment mechanism with 3 full rotations of adjustment. This allows for the ultimate precision but can take longer to dial in or switch settings. The Omega has a 33 micron adjustment mechanism with only 1.5 rotations of adjustment allowing for easier and faster dial in and switching.
