Gomez Cruzado - Rioja Blanco

A fresh, textured white made mostly from Viura, with a bit of Tempranillo Blanco and Garnacha Blanca. Grown at elevation in Rioja’s cooler zones, the fruit is pressed gently with stems included for a style that leans more mineral than fruity. Fermented naturally, then aged in a mix of concrete and lightly steamed oak barrels, it’s layered without being heavy. Expect stone fruit, citrus, and just a hint of toast. Bright, clean, and quietly complex. A good match for roasted chicken, creamy pastas, or simply on its own.
