Pearl Morissette - Irreverence

An expressive orange wine made from Riesling, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer grown in Niagara. Each variety sees skin contact before co-fermenting in neutral vessels, resulting in a bone-dry wine with lifted aromatics and gentle texture. Golden in the glass, with notes of stone fruit, bergamot, and a quiet hint of black tea. Thoughtfully made, with structure and restraint. Serve slightly chilled and give it a little time to unfold.
