Spaghetti alla chitarra, “alla chitarra” refers to pasta sheets being cut with a tool similar to guitar strings. Slightly wider pasta than capellini , it is ¼” in width. Serves well with meat balls, Italian sausage, and marinara or tomato basil sauce. Upon delivery must be stored in refrigerator or freezer.
