Prepared Pasta Schedule – December December 11th–13thCannelloni  – Pasta tubes filled with fresh ricotta and roasted butternut squash, topped with our brown butter bechamel sauce, crispy sage and fontina cheese.Ready to bake. Serves 4. December 18th–20thLasagne – Layers of fresh pasta, bouldergnese (a vegetarian bolognese) and béchamel sauces, finished with fontina and parmesan cheese.Ready to bake. Serves 4. Macaroni and Cheese – Our house-made mac pasta tossed in a rich, made-from-scratch cheese sauce, topped with pane fritto, fontina, and parmesan cheese.Ready to bake. Serves 4. Pickups Thursdays: 11 AM – 6 PM  Fridays: 11 AM – 4 PM Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM If you need a different pickup time, just contact us — we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Delivery We don’t ship prepared pastas, but we do offer local delivery within Boulder — from 3rd Street to Cherryvale Rd, including South Boulder and Dakota Ridge.
